Gee, until your dad died, you and your family lived in a little trash
heap of a house in the middle of or across the street from an industrial
park, and the yard was strewn with 55 gallon oil drums, piles of crappy
lumber, junk boats, and, probably, rats. I forgot, was that where you
had to keep your motorbike locked up in the kitchen, or was that at your
dad's house you inherited.
