The government is not requiring that you cash the check. They might
force you to be in the program but they can't force you to take the
money. Try weaseling out... oh yeah, you'd rather have your kids
suffer than not buy another crappy boat.

Leaving the country and not contributing to it.
I did plan for myself fairly well, that is why I don't really need my
SS money.
