Got it, but why? Is it for more severe service, etc?
I've seen a claim that it will get your boat up on plane quicker, although you'll probably sacrifice a couple miles an hour on the top end.
I liked the heavier duty lower end...just in case I ever hit anything.
It won't help if you hit something.
