It's funny that the left doesn't want to talk about cars when they are
talking about deaths but it is the first thing they bring up if they
want to talk about registration and licensing.

It's a product of being a progressive. Having no real core values beyond
self indulgence makes it hard to keep consistent with your views and
beliefs...

Self indulgence is his one single belief. His views stem from that.
