Consider, the total civil settlement for lost business is supposed to be about $21 billion. Divide by maybe a million businesses and you get.........

In my opinion, this is nothing more than legal piracy by lawyers (who will get a cut of whatever is awarded).

Would you do it?

Like you, I think (and I'd find out for sure) that it is one of those
class action suits, like you say, you'd get next to nothing, the lawyers
will make it all.
