The difference here is that you *stole* the photographs and much of the
copy on your website. Those photos and copy were the intellectual
property of someone else, and you stole them to use them for commercial
purposes. The "gecko" and "Flo" are the creations of their respective
advertisers, and the way they are used is unique to those advertisers.
