The Japanese, Germans and Koreans were not threatening us in the latter
20th and beginning of the 21st Century. We can and should cut our
military defense budget at least by half over the next decade as
employment picks up.

If you really knew the right thing to do, you'd pay your taxes. You
didn't so you don't.
