Well said - that is the problem with our society. We have too many
welfare scumbags breeding more of the same. Their offspring learn
nothing of value from them and they have more and more children that are
destined to be losers. We also have tax cheats that have children that
are either smart enough to move on or they learn to be tax cheats from
Daddy.

This is all true, but we are hoping Scotty turns things around.
