Actually the story was a lot of places while I was trying to track
down the bill number.
In the end I found it by the recorded votes on Thomas (Library of
congress web site)
They tacked Sandy relief on a real porkathon. What Scotty listed was a
small part of it.
It would be a lot quicker if you just told harry to **** off
