would the 28' sloop with the 1 cylinder diesel.....

At some point, you need to tell us about the M-O-N-E-Y you have for
this dream system, so I don't go off crazy recommending color
radar/chartplotters with 24KW arrays when you were dreaming about
$800, tops....
