OK let me think about this. I can put my $10 million in undeclared
income into Wells Fargo, I get free checking, a free safe deposit box,
free checks and this cool stuffed pony but I pay $3.5 million in
taxes.

pay no taxes. and I don't get the pony.

How do I decide ;-)

How could you even consider passing up the pony?
