Well, if he did have serious mental issues and couldn't get the help he
needed, I'd say that IS a failure.

We used to round up people we thought were mentally ill, lock them up
against their will and call it treatment (usually just drugging them
into a stupor but lobotomy was always an option). Is that your plan?

No, I don't know if you've heard, but there has been great strides in
mental health evaluation, causation and treatment.

Actually the talking heads like Dr Oz are saying they might have been
on to something targeting the pre frontal lobes. That does seem to be
a problem area when they dissect the brains of mass murderers.
