To big to fail is coded in Dodd-Frank. I am not sure how you avoid it

I suppose citibank pays well, but I don't know how anyone who works or
worked there in management can look in the mirror when they shave. These
huge banks, most of them, seem to be nothing more than collections of
pimps and whores.
