A couple of boats ago I had a 120 Mercuiser I/O that was 20 years old and
running well. When I sold it I reflected on the fact I'd never seen a 20 year
old 120hp outboard. Running or not. Given the cost of new motors, my latest
boats have been fresh water cooled Mercuiser I/Os.
