We were vacationing in Napa a few years ago, and did a Napa River tour. I'm pretty sure the tour boat was a version of a Duffy. It was a pretty cool boat, perfectly suited for that kind of service.
I looked into them a lot back then. Double enders, beautiful design like
you said for that purpose... Very efficient hulls, great boats. I would
own one if I could.
