No he is confused. We have preloaded cards here. Those with bad credit
use them. Europe uses debit cards just like us. Linked to your bank
account. You must not have ever been to Europe, or only for a short
vacation, as you seem to be lacking in experience. Debit cards are not
normally preloaded, but credit cards than can be used as debit are.


Exactly what I said... we call them debit cards here, and they are by
nature preloaded because they only work if you "load" your account with
money first.... The guy is a dope...
