One is a Chapter 7, one a Chapter 13. The conclusion is that he
wanted to screw ALL of his creditors.

Maybe Krause should have been a laborer in the building trades. His
alleged intelligence and education from such note worthy places like
Kansas and Yale has not served him well in his business or personal
endeavors.
