Conservative activist James O'Keefe and his associate Hanna Giles will
face a lawsuit from a former ACORN employee featured prominently in
their 2009 undercover sting video, after a federal judge refused to
throw out the case.

According to Courthouse News, U.S. District Judge M. James Lorenz
decided last week that a breach of privacy claim from Juan Carlos
Vera, a one-time employee of ACORN's office in National City, Calif.,
had merit.

O'Keefe, a genuine scumbag, should face the same scrutiny that his pal
Breitbart was about to. Unfortunately, the grim reaper got to
Breitbart before the lawsuits could.

Why are you filled with such hate. O'Keefe exposed an horrible
organization. The issue I would like you to try and defend is when he
told the ACORN people he was a pimp and he would be pimping out pre-
teens. They gave him advice on how to hide from the law and to get
benefits for his stable.
