Southern American English dialect, a contraction of "you" and "all."
I've actually heard the plural used as "all y'all".
There are lots of sort of funny little "Southern'isms." "Us'ns, we'uns,
you'uns" Harmless stuff, once you figure out what the hell they are
saying. First time I heard "you'uns" I thought I would fall over from
laughter.
I'll bet you managed to contain yourself though.
