They are out there. We saw a bunch of them in the Keys, just no
catching. There was some consolation taken in that no one else seemed
to be catching either, many of them far better equipped. We did see a
guy catch one on a fly rod about a month ago just offshore from Cayo
Costa Island. We were watching from the beach and it was quite a
tussle, lasting close to an hour. Many of the videos on YouTube are
filmed just north of there near Boca Grande Pass.
