I would not be surprised if you have a number for that but the big
city philosophy is that you are supposed to tolerate crime, make a
report to the police and assume nobody will ever be arrested for it.

Some of us moved here because we don't want to live like that.

I don't tolerate crime any more than you do, including vigilante murder.
