You want a guy running the country that wears magic underwear,
believes that dinosaurs came from another planet, and believes that
God lives on Kolub (a distant planet) and had humanity dropped off
here on Earth by a space ship. Believe me, there is a LOT more.

This stuff is too weird to make up, I don't have that good an
imagination.

Can you imagine the heads of state from other countries taking a
believer in such idiocy serious? I can't.
