If he wasn't relevant as you say, then why would the prosecution bother
with interviewing him? I see your problem, you are such a FOXite that
you have these huge blinders on and can't see the big picture about

Everybody gets interviewed, even idiots. Whether this guy is credible
in court is up to the jury.

Giving status to somebody because they got an interview is just
