Pretty much. Have you seen the signs? They were photographed and put
out on CNN

All the signs said was that it was a neighborhood that had a
neighborhood watch program. It didn't say that you couldn't be walking
on the sidewalk.

They also said trespassers would be arrested and prosecuted

Zimmerman had no powers of arrest and prosecution.

Martin was on private property clearly marked as monitored. Anybody with
a brain in that situation would assume he did...
