that original site is now a restaurant. We sailed with the grandson of
John Snow... named John Snow also, like his dad and grandad. he
navigated for us the first time we ventured down the coast and past
the shoals south of the harbour entrance.
This tricky area was the site of the previous worst maritime disaster
on the North Atlantic.

I'm not really a Titanic fan (just worn out from all the years of
hooplah) but I find the article interesting from your stand point of
the places dear to your family through history.
