If it were a wash, why would he need lawyers? Also, if a civil suit
arises, and the people who sued him lost, they'd have to pay his costs.

Having to go to court, whether you are guilty as sin or completely
innocent, is NEVER a wash.

And right now the guy has a hit out on him, it ain't cheap to hide,
