That is really sad news. After all of the work you've done, and some
of the great cruising venues you've not yet seen, what a pity.

Might I suggest finding a place closer to Lydia's mother where you
could live aboard for awhile until you get things sorted out? In my
opinion a ship shape boat in the water shows better than one that's on
the hard.
