because the UN fails birth control, so a billion don't starve later on.

They need mandated birth control. Irresponsible parents need to be

But to show what I mean, if you have a charity for sterilization, where
90% of the money will make it to the cause, I have $1000 for it. Last
thing the world needs is hundreds of millions of irresponsible parents
having 7 kids when they can't afford to feed one properly.
