BC, between Sechelt and Cortes island mostly, with occasional trips
further south and north. I have cruised most of the South Pacific
Islands, but love it here most.

nice! must be cold as hell there though...how long is your season?

---------------------------------------------------------
Season runs a long time. *Is called the Sunshine Coast. *I have not boated
that side of the straights but do boat the Vancouver Island side. *Is a
protected area, as Vancouver Island has 6-7000' mountain range running up
the middle of the island. *There are some warm water swimming areas as the
13' tides uncover large sand area that heat from the sun and warm the water
as it returns. *Parksville where we normally stop for a night on our trips
will have 70 degree water on sunny days. *Beautiful scenery as well as
decent fishing. *Nice RV parks as well as reasonable B&B's to allow me to
suck up to SWMBO.

70 degree water is NOT warm! I don't get in my pool until it's over 80!

Damn straight, My yellow lab won't get in the pool when it is 70 *;-)

I stuck my hand in my pool today to check the thermometer. 70f Brrrrr.
