Subject: What's a good sail boat to buy to live on?

I like smaller boats than 50 footers, but
if you have the bucks to maintain and
buy one that doesn't need much work
done and is well-equipped, go for it.

The boats I am offering as suggestions
are good solid, roomy, comfortable boats and can be found at reasonable prices
at times if you shop around and are patient.
