An off color picture does not make one a racist. But, I can see where

Ask Harry if he has been to his Korean dentist lately. While you are at
it ask him why he refers to the man as his Korean dentist and not just
his dentist. Why is someone's nationality or race so important to Harry
that he has to use it to identify the people he associates with?
