Not to mention the constitution of this fine country, which we both
swore to uphold. That's one of those bothersome things about the
constitution: It applies to everyone, and freedom of speech includes
things we don't want to hear. OK, that's two things. That said, the
Westborians are way over the top and should be stopped somehow.

I'm sure there is some type of harassment charge that could be
produced... somewhere, but they seem to know all the legal channels
and know how to fill out all the right permits.

One would hope that someday they'll be overcome by a sense of decency.

All it would take is a couple cops to turn away for a few minutes while
the Guardians are there.. Beat a few of them to a pulp, and take names
on the rest.. It would stop quickly.. And before you all cry and whine,
it's not like cops don't turn their heads now....
