Scott is not bright.

Scott invades Don's privacy by posting photos of Don's house that were
available on the internet. Scott thinks that is ok.

Don posts information about Scott that is readily available on the
internet from the tax assessor in Scott's home town. Scott thinks that
is not ok.

The only thing "criminal" here is Scott thinking he has some sort of
case Canadian authorities will pursue.

Once again, if Scott behaved reasonably, no one would be interested in
his personal life. He's as close to a nothing as there is.
