Best dinghy & outboard combination
It's basically a tradeoff between rowability and stability. The Walker Bay has
a rounder bottom, with less wetted area. It's deeper and more directionally
stable. Inflatables are flat bottomed and draggy.
Inflatables have keels now and are not flat bottomed. My Quicksilver 300
(9.10') just manages to get on a plane with a 5HP Toahtsu with one person
aboard.
