You don't think the amount of welfare money given to unwed mothers with lots of kids has something
to do with the unwed mother rates?

I think the rate in DC is about 80% now.

Actually, MA did some research on this and stopped paying for addition
children to welfare moms. Illegitimate children to welfare moms dropped
big time.
