Coastal cities are cooler because of the effect of the water. Atlanta,
DC and Orlando all have the same problem. Heat, lots of concrete to
hold it in and high humidity without much to buffer it.
According to data, average mean temperature in Aug. in Jacksonville, FL
is 3 degrees higher than the average mean temperature in Atlanta, GA
