If it is buildable, might consider $10K.

So in the hole, why do we insanely want more debt?

Location, location, location. $139K for this shows it is a bad location.

Well...it's on an island which can be a bit inconvenient... especially
during the winter.
For 5 months of the year...Paradise to a sailor.

I thought everyone in Canada came to Florida in the winter.

Snowbirds.. everyone who's allowed in does.

Most of my Canadian buddies who are snowbirds still go to Florida, but
some head for Cuba, where the tourism industry is about the only bright
spot in that country's terrible economy.

I know a couple people who did the Mexico/Cuba/Mexico trip a year or
so ago.
Cuba is trying to create a tourist economy but they say it as "Super
8" style luxury.
You also get the feeling that if you said the wrong thing you might be
"educated" for a few days in an even less hospitable "hotel".

There are still a lot of places I want to see before I go there.

We are kind of running out of western states but we are thinking about
Oregon/Washington next.

Well, if you have problems due to your smoking, you might want to go
there.
