96.97% here. I wasn't alive during FDR.

Question: In 1935 and 1936 the Supreme Court declared that important
parts of the New Deal were unconstitutional. President Roosevelt
responded by threatening to:Your Answer: override the Supreme Court’s
decisions by gaining three-quarter majorities in both houses of
CongressCorrect Answer: appoint additional Supreme Court justices who
shared his views

That's one I missed also. I gave the same, incorrect answer.

The only way you can override the SCOTUS is to also get 2/3ds of both
houses of congress and 3/4ths of the state legislatures in an
amendment to the constitution.

Even worse, I think we all had classes that included this information!

In the 4th or 5th grade. Don't go on the Foxworthy show!

BTW this was a strange question for a lawyer to miss. I would expect
you to understand the ramifications of a SCOTUS decision.

It was. I guess I read it too fast.
