I don't *hate* any of the major religions. It's the hypocritical
practitioners of religions that annoy me. Though I am not a Christian, I
think Jesus, whether he was the real deal or just mythical, was a cool
dude, and many of the teachings attributed to him are spot on.

The only self-professed Christian in this newsgroup who I think tries to
follow many of the important teachings of Jesus is Tim. Many of the rest
of you say you are Christians but certainly don't act towards others as
your savior asked you do. You're "CINOs," Christians in name only. There
are a couple of you righties who claim to be Catholics. You're certainly
nothing like the many, many righteous and pious Catholics I've known
throughout my life.

And, for the record, I think Rick Perry, Sarah Palin and Michele
Bachmann are CINOs and worse. They're about as unChristian as it gets.
