bore on their plan to dominate the seas and take resources around the
Pacific Rim. It is not stopping them from acquiring America and from
making American policy because they own our debt.

They're not dominating anything. We outspend all other nations
combined in military spending. That's not likely to change any time
soon. We're the country where they export to. That's not going to
change any time soon.
