There's litigation going on. I guess it's too much to ask to see that
result before jumping to conclusions.

The only litigation currently going on is by Gibson trying to recover their
property from the raid in 2009.
No charges have been filed against Gibson for any wrongdoing. That's what
I understand.

of it for 2009. I don't know the status of the latest action.
