You miss the point. This corporate bull**** is the REASON we have
unions. I'm not an "evil corporation" believer, but corporations exist
solely for the purpose of lining the shareholder's pockets. A customer
or employee ends up under the wheels? Tough, there are plenty more
where they came from. Remember, it is all about the majority, not the
minority, right?

Although this is standard legal corporate bull****, I hope that they
lose in court.

In technical point, GM should lose in court as they never did chapter 7.
Only chapter 13. But Obama circumvented the bankruptcy law with bond
holders liens on plants resulting in higher bond losses.
