You miss the point. This corporate bull**** is the REASON we have
unions. I'm not an "evil corporation" believer, but corporations exist
solely for the purpose of lining the shareholder's pockets. A customer
or employee ends up under the wheels? Tough, there are plenty more
where they came from. Remember, it is all about the majority, not the
minority, right?

Although this is standard legal corporate bull****, I hope that they
lose in court.
And the union exists to be an over paid middleman... the unions have
outlived their usefulness. Obama should send them over to the death
commissions cause they are no longer needed...
