Even more, he will call you out, then call the cops when you tell him

When I started sending tidbits to the Calvert County Sheriff's office, I
made sure to tell them just that, that Harry has threatened to shoot
someone if they came to the door.

I'll have to call one of my buddies at the sheriff's office and check
out those "tidbits," and the name(s) used to send them in. Oh, btw, you
don't get shot unless you engage in home invasion. That's a bit
different than knocking on the door.
