I'm very concerned about who will eventually be the Republican
nominee. While I detest Romney and Huntsman's policies, they are at
least not lunatics. It's impossible to predict what will happen in an
election, and if the nominee is someone like Bachmann, the potential
for disaster should she become president outweighs the significantly
greater likelihood that it will be a rout by Obama. I don't want to
take chances with our future. I would much rather have the election be
closer, with the possibility of one of those two becoming president.

Romney is a corrupt idiot from Harvard. Old corrupt boys golden
handshake club. Perry is a much better choice. In fact Ron Paul,
Bachmann, Rick Perry would all be better choices.

dont know much about perry or bachman do you?

more bobblehead cliches. ever TRY to think for yourself?

Who should benefit from your labor? You or the state?

Both.

To a point, how about you fleabeggars define exactly how much is a fair
rate to the government? Precisely how much of a persons income should
be shielded from all forms of taxation?

You make a $1, you pay 30% in taxes, then you buy gas...$1 - 30 - 30 =
40 cents. 60% aggregate taxes without going into tax compounding.

Fact is the bigger government gets, the less the people get.

Firstly, it's a dumb question. We have a progressive tax structure, so
if people are on the lower side, they pay fewer dollars, and when
you're on the higher side, you're supposed to pay more. The rich used
to pay 90% in taxes and our economy boomed. Now, they pay much much
less and the economy is stagnant. When taxes were slightly higher
under Clinton, the economy was booming. Bush cut taxes and the economy
tanked.

Secondly, you're not much of an accountant, assuming you ever were
one.

Thirdly, you're an idiot.
