Yup, but it was pretty funny. It's too bad that things couldn't be so
simple. Balancing the budget most of the time is a great thing, but we
can't be so inflexible that it is mandated by law.

It is easy, billions of people do it every day. Should be mandated by
law, or the alternative is nation wide bankruptcy. See Zimbabwe and
Iceland for recent examples.
