The USPS has had ****-poor upper management and labor relations for
decades and decades.
It is government, why make it efficient, effective and get earnings when
you can be inefficient, just collect more taxes to cover, waste lots, be
a Dilbert like screw up and get over paid for it with impunity?
Maybe time to roll back and freeze their wages until they get efficient
enough to give them a raise.
The USPS is a highly efficient operation. You just have no understanding
of it.
You come across as a sorrowful schmuck who never held any more than
low-level lower management jobs, and you couldn't hang onto any of them.
You wish your life of failure on others, especially those still with jobs.
Highly efficient operations don't (or are not forced to) lay off that
volume of personnel.
Efficient operations make a profit.
