Pretty obvious the Tea Party is trying to make changes and democrats

It's pretty obvious that you're a moron. The Republicans refused to
fund the "shovel ready" FAA projects employing 70K workers, most of
whom are in construction all because they can't stand that there is
some waste somewhere else in the FAA budget. They would rather see
1000s unemployed and unable to pay their bills.
