Uh, I fixed the pw within an hour or so.... Never had one apart before.
And as to wrenching, don't be a douchbag pig boy, Jessica and I do all
the work on the bike. We did a top end with piston, rings, valves (shop
cut valve seats and honed piston) and a few other minor parts. She did
90% of the work with me offering guidance on spoooging the thing with
oil and I used the torque wrench. She did the rest from sliding the
cylinder over the piston, to lining up the timing chain and cams. The
thing starts first kick, I am very proud of her and we saved almost 600
bucks doing the job ourselves... Now, back to the filter with you pig
boy, go clean your yard...
Cool. I love doing top ends!
Nice when she fires right up too!
Don't expect the fleabaggers to understand this!
I am so proud of her, that's for sure. She did the valve shims a few
weeks back and a top end in a two stroke a while ago. She is running
great track times and she is getting fast enough that we are starting to
do some good work with the suspension too... We rebuilt the shocks last
fall and she is really starting to notice the adjustments I make too...
She's probably already teaching you stuff!
You should be proud!
And the money saved really adds up!
Big time!
