They don't have to pass anything for pay as you go. That starts August
2nd by default.

Same with Obama bull**** about default. Obama gets revenue past August
2nd, just needs to pay his debt obligations before he spends it on
government waste and Michelle's 50+ private servants. Then no default,
just a leaner government.

Fact is, if US defaults it is because Obama is out spending like a big
shot bull****er deadbeat while the mortgage isn't paid.

Anything else is just jive talking Obama bull****.
